Just happened to browse through someone's Facebook profile and saw that she has a new status...

For a brief moment, I felt really sad. Why must she move on so soon and leave him behind?

There's nothing wrong with moving on if you are the victim. In fact, it's good, because you are showing the one who dumped you that you can be happy without him/her. But if you are the one who had brought misery to your ex-partner, moving on so soon is like reopening your ex's wounds.
