Cream Puffs

These cream puffs from the camp finale dinner were heavenly. They were coated loosely with sugar and served to us on GREEN plates, and when I bit into them, the cream inside was cold! Anna also taught me an even better way of eating them - put the entire puff into the mouth and chew - and the cold cream would spurt out and hit the insides of my mouth with a chilling, soothing sensation.
